ACCESSING YOUR COMPANY EMAIL
All full time hourly employees will be assigned an email address to use conducting all company related communication and transaction. Due to the nature of our industry - team members are working at multiple locations throughout different states and the variation of shift hours, a face to face communication with the entire team at the same time can be a challenge and not ideal.
To protect employee privacy and company confidential and privileged information, all company communication and transactions are conducted through the company's secure email system. The company will issue you a company email and all announcements and communication will be sent to that address. It is therefore critical that you immediately setup your email and check it during work hours to ensure that you are properly performing your job duties and informed of any notice or announcement affecting your job.
Your Personal Identification Code (PIC) required to gain access to the company's time and attendance will be sent to your company email. Below are some information and instructions for you to setup access to your company email.
